1. Is the storage facility secure? Yes our storage facilities are locked, monitored, and climate-controlled to protect your items year-round, including electronics and documents.
2. Can I visit the storage unit? No, to ensure efficiency and security, we handle all access. Just submit a “Get My Tote” request, and we’ll deliver your bins back within a week or sooner.
3. Can I add more totes later? Absolutely. You can add totes anytime, and your rate automatically adjusts based on your total number of stored totes.
4. What if I move or something gets damaged? Moving? We’ll deliver your totes to your new home. For extra peace of mind, you can add optional damage protection for $5/month per tote, covering up to $250.
5. What happens if I cancel? When you cancel, we’ll deliver your tote(s) back to your doorstep. You can either outright purchase each tote for $10 or simply unpack your items and return the tote.
